First Contact

You may contact Total Knee Replacement Surgery by making a phone call or by filling the Contact Form to inform us of your medical needs. You may also ask us to assist you to plan your medical trip, it is ideal for those who do not wish to sign up for a prearranged package.

Following your request, we will send you an exact quotation andinformation about the treatment you are interested in.

Information Exchange Prior to the Trip

Before making the decision to travel, you may get in touch with a customer service advisor by e-mail or by making a phone call if you wish to ask any questions or if you have any doubts about the information received.

The customer service advisor will send you by e-mail any additional information you request, such as information about the physicians, about the medical facilities where the treatment will take place. This exchange of information is completely free of charge.

Information Exchange with the Physician

You may also ask for advice on your particular case. The customer service advisor will transmit your questions to the physician and then he or she will let you know the physician’s answers. If you wish to receive more specific advice, you may send pictures or previous medical studies for the physician to analyse.

Treatment Confirmation

Once you have decide to proceed you will be assigned a tentative date for the trip. The date will be assigned according to the first date avilable and at your convenience. Depending on the treatment the reservations may be tentatively reserved until partial payment is made.

Payment

In many instances advanced payment is not required and can be made during the consultation or prior to traveling, however if you are purchasing a total package deal then a payment 10% of the total fee is required when you book.

Once the 10% payment is received, we will confirm the date of the treatment, make the flight and hotel reservations, and organise airport and hotel transfers.
Payment may be made by:

Credit & Debit Card	Credit & Debit Card in Euro's or GBP - Maestro, Switch, Solo, Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron (add 3.5% surcharge)
Bank Transfer	Direct bank Transfer in Euro's, Direct Bank transfer 2 weeks before travelling
Cash	Cash at the hospital in Euro on the day of surgery
Cheque/ Bankers Draft	Bank Draft or Building Society Cheque in Euro's direct to the hosiptal

Agenda

Total Knee Replacement Surgery will send a detailed confirmation to you explaining your full itenerary, the time of your pre surgery consultation, any pickups or transfers that may take place and where you will be staying.

Final Payment

With your confirmation we will explain when and where to make your payment. We can send you the corresponding invoice together with a written agreement by mail, if needed.

During the Trip

A bilingual assistant from Total Knee Replacement Surgery will wait for you at the airport and will take you to the hospital (Fully Inclusive Package only).

Anyone accompanying you can easily be accommodated within the hospital. B&B at St Remberts Hospital costs £30 per night for a single room, or £40 per night for a double. Feel free to consult with a member of our team regarding your needs.

Finally you will receive a post operative consultation, the stitches will be removed (if applicable) and you will be granted a medical authorization to return to your country.
